## Shipping Information – Atis Pro

Atis Pro delivers throughout the United Kingdom. Orders are normally dispatched from our UK warehouse. However, depending on product availability, some orders may be dispatched from one of our European warehouses.

### Warehouses and dispatch origin

We hold stock in warehouses located in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. Each order is prepared and dispatched from the most suitable warehouse according to the delivery address, product availability and estimated transit time.

The warehouse selected does not affect the price or delivery conditions shown before the purchase is completed.

### Delivery times

* **Orders dispatched from our UK warehouse:** 1 to 4 working days.

* **Orders dispatched from a European warehouse:** 3 to 7 working days.

* **Islands and special delivery areas:** delivery may take longer.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been confirmed and prepared.

### Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before the purchase is completed.

### Couriers

We work with trusted delivery companies such as Royal Mail, DHL, UPS and other logistics providers selected according to the origin and destination of the shipment.

### Order tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number to check the shipment status and estimated delivery date.

### Orders sent in multiple parcels

If products from the same order are held in different warehouses, the order may be dispatched in more than one parcel. In this case, the customer will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment, with no additional charges beyond those shown at checkout.

### Delays

If there is an incident or significant delay, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

### Customs, import duties and taxes

Orders are normally dispatched from our UK warehouse and therefore do not require the customer to complete any import formalities.

If an order is dispatched from one of our European warehouses due to stock availability, any applicable customs clearance costs, import duties and taxes are included in the price paid by the customer. The customer will not be required to pay any additional customs or import charges upon delivery.
