# GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made through the website [**https://www.atis-pro.com**](https://www.atis-pro.com) (hereinafter, the “Website”).

## 3. PRICES

Prices are shown in **euros (€)** and include all **applicable taxes (VAT)** unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs will be displayed separately before the purchase is completed.

## 4. PURCHASING PROCESS

The purchasing process is completed entirely through the Website and consists of the following steps:

1. Select the product

2. Add the product to the basket

3. Enter shipping and billing details

4. Select a payment method

5. Confirm the order

## 5. PAYMENT METHODS

The payment methods displayed on the Website are accepted and processed through secure payment platforms.

## 6. SHIPPING

* Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during the purchasing process.

* Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond the seller’s control.

## 7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has **14 calendar days** from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable legislation.

## 8. RETURNS AND COSTS

When exercising the right of withdrawal, **the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods**, unless the product is defective or incorrect, or the seller is responsible for the error.

The product must be returned in perfect, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Once the product has been received and inspected, the corresponding amount, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within a maximum of **14 calendar days** using the same payment method used for the purchase.

## 9. WARRANTY

The products are covered by the **statutory warranty** provided under applicable Spanish legislation.

## 10. LIABILITY

The seller shall not be liable for damage resulting from the improper or incorrect use of purchased products.

## 12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.
